World's Famous Monuments

Todays speaker was Eric Jackson who gave us a tour of some of the Worlds famous monuments. Starting in London with Nelsons Column and calling in at the Eiffel Tower, leaning tower of Pisa, The Pyramids of Giza, Taj Mahal, The Great Wall of China, The Statue of Liberty and ending back in Britain with Tower bridge, Big Ben and Stonehenge. Eric gave us interesting facts as to who built them and also when they were built and why. I think everyone came away knowing a bit more about these famous monuments.
